Sales Executive (US SHIFT)


We're looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage law firm customer prospects within the US, UK and India for our legal billing software, Bilr ( You will sell directly to customers in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. You will work independently within our sales team, supported by our marketing resources. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of sales results and near-perfect spoken and written English skills.


  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and other techniques
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback


  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Native-level proficiency in American English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of CRMs such as Salesforce
  • Highly motivated and target driven with proven sales record
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Previous experience in software sales


  • 1.5% share of sales made or up to 25% bonus on sales result
