We're looking for a self-driven and creative Digital Marketing Executive to play a crucial role in the expansion of our sales and marketing efforts. This person will manage and shape our paid marketing, content marketing, outbound marketing, digital event coordination, social media and SEO strategies to ensure that the growth of the Bilr brand is a continued success. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a regular flow of content for Bilr’s website and social media, setting up and managing paid advertising campaigns, building out new website content, developing and refining email funnels, managing outreach, predicting marketing materials and collateral (flyers, whitepapers), reviewing and editing articles from content writers, setting up and managing paid ads, as well as helping craft and execute on wider cross departmental campaigns to support sales and marketing KPIs. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented person with a “can do” personality and prior experience working within marketing, ideally in technology or a start-up. This person should be able to think on their feet and come up with new initiatives for the company marketing efforts. First rate written and spoken english is critical to this role. You will report to the group Digital Marketing Manager and will be working independently but with support from a cross-functional team composed of internal and third-party professionals including content writers, SEO specialists, UI/UX designers, and website developers. Ample training will be offered around industry specifics, product details, and more. There is room to grow and progress within the organisation. The role is remote and applicants regardless of location within the UK and India are encouraged to apply. This role will be based in a UK time shift.

Responsibilities

  • Manage paid advertising on social media and search engines.
  • Build and maintain a content calendar for the corporate blog and social media.
  • Manage cold email outreach and other outbound campaigns.
  • Develop new content-rich pages and resources (e.g. flyers, whitepapers) for the corporate website.
  • Improve key SEO metrics and increase inbound leads from search engines.
  • Strategise and execute on digital events (e.g. webinars).
  • Manage email marketing funnels for products/websites.
  • Regularly review and edit articles from content writers.
  • Act on advice and insight from SEO specialists.
  • Lead initiatives to improve analytical insight into marketing success.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B marketing experience (4+ years).
  • Expertise within SEO and SEM.
  • Detail oriented yet able to move fast.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Native-level knowledge of English.
  • Prioritising, time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills — we value teamwork.
  • Openness to constructive feedback.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
